Mi Mexico is an incredible spot that truly transports you to Mexico! The atmosphere is vibrant and authentic, with a warm and welcoming feel. The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were just as amazing. They offer a wide variety of dishes, so there’s something for everyone. One of the highlights was seeing how the staff—who are all Mexican—make the experience so special. They even sang a birthday song in Spanish for a guest, which was such a fun and heartwarming moment to witness. The service was fantastic, and the energy in the restaurant made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for great Mexican food, amazing drinks, and an authentic atmosphere, Mi Mexico is the place to go!

Mi Mexico was an excellent Mexican food choice! We were traveling and passing through Bellingham and decided to stop for some food. We decided on Mi Mexico and we are glad that we did. Mi Mexico was very delicious. The food was phenomenal and so food. As vegetarians, we appreciated the large vegetarian selection that they had available on the menu. The customer service was great and we were consistently attended to. The server was very kind. The vibe of the restaurant is mostly casual with a very Mexican decor. It’s very clean and tidy. I enjoyed the queso burrito and the queso dip and chips. I recommend Mi Mexico for great Mexican food!

Definitely one of the most flavourful Mexican restaurants in WA. Carne Asada is among the best. Very good portion size, and given the great quality it's well worth a visit from outside the city.
